After attending church Saturday night, we celebrated Easter yesterday with my parents, my husband’s family, and a very good friend. I was so happy to get the chance to cook in my mom’s beautiful kitchen and spend the day preparing food with her. We ended the day on the front lawn playing duck-duck-goose with glitter filled Easter eggs, well after dark.
I’m still recovering from all that cooking. I am also picking up that plastic easter basket grass from the carpet of every room in my house. Feeling so tired, but so blessed.
Here are a few of the highlights from yesterday. I have more pictures of the appetizers than the main course, because once it was all ready…we were ready to eat!
